Considering the history and success of Sarcone’s bakery, Louis Sarcone, Jr. and his first cousin Anthony Bucci decided to open Sarcone’s Deli in 1997. In retrospect, this has turned out to be a remarkably good decision for Louis and Anthony. Sarcone’s Deli has been a shining star in Philadelphia, earning many accolades in it’s first 10 years of existence. It has become the perfect complement to it’s cornerstore, Sarcone’s Bakery. With the overwhelming popularity that the deli has experienced, it that the only logical conclusion was to offer this great name and product as a franchise. In October, our second franchise will open it’s doors in Newtown, (Bucks County) PA. Bob, Pete and Cathy Cassalia are the proud owners.
In April, our first franchise opened it’s doors in Medford, NJ. John and Angela McCann are the proud owners. The Medford location become a staple in the area for gourmet hoagies.
